Nividia network manager question

Hi,Every time i open u torrent i get a message saying there is a compatability issue with my present Nvidia network manager 67.76,it recommends upgrading to a 73.12 .Odd thing is when i click on Nvidia system update it tells me everything is up to date.I have also googled for the 73.12 but it always comes up i have to pay for it,on the Nvidia web site i cannot find it,unless i have not been thorough enough any ideas.
