No display on the monitor at boot up

Hi. I just installed an Athlon Sempron 2500, along with a new motherboard, ram, gpu, and psu. For some reason, my computer will not show anything on the monitor. I've tried switching all the parts around with parts that I know that work and i'm not getting any display. I'm also not getting any beeps either! Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Is that a different machine than the one you had trouble with earlier?

yeah, i've replaced eveyrthing.

And still the same?
One might think there is something you didn't replace and that's causing the problem.
