No signal With Intel I5-650

Hi there, I've recently completed my computer with the specs:

Intel I15-650
Intel DH55TC
4GB Kingston 1333 RAM
NVidia 7300

The issue is, My computer will POST but won't display anything on the monitor, There are no beeps and i've tested it without the graphics card to no avail.

If you need anymore information i will try my hardest to get ti for you,

No video signal with on-board video or a video card? If this is correct the micro ATX motherboard is bad. How do you see the POST messages if there is no video?
