No sound but beeps when computer starts! HELP!

Alright....

I built a computer for christmas....

I have a Mach Speed Micro ATX mobo with built in Realtek '97 Audi...
It doesnt work... Ive tried everything updating drivers.
So I put in my SoundBlaster from my old computer....worked great...until...
I restart the computer and it will not load...
So.....
I went out and spent the cash today bought a Dynex 5.1 Sound Card...
Yay I thought this would solve the problem... but no!
It still doesnt work...

THere is no conflicts.....

Oh and Realtek '97 onboard is disabled in BIOS.

Somone Please help me it is extreamly pissing me off!!!!!

Nevermind i figured it out......my speakers are 2.1 and i took my sister 2.0 and guess what they work.....so im gonna go buy new speakers.
