No sound problem

Hi, i have just reformatted my comp and did a windows 7 clean installation. However, after installing all the drivers, i could not get the sound to work. I am using asus P5K SE motherboard. In device manager under Sound, video and game controllers, there is "Realtek High Definition Audio" that is working and updated. Under Control Panel -> Sound -> Playback, there are Realtek High definition audio and it is working. Any help would be appreciated!

If you have a little speaker ICON in your toolbar try this
< right click on the speaker icon
< left click on "Adjust Audio Properties"
< left click on the "Hardware" tab
< scroll down the list until you see "Realtek High Definition Audio" & highlight it
< left click on "Properties"
< left click on "Enable Device"
You could also try to download and install the

OpenAl driver from here
