No Video Sound

  1. Why can I hear music through ITunes on my computer but not when I watch a video online?

    Go to Sounds in the Control Panel, and be sure the system is not running with Mute checked.

    Mute is off

    Everything looks good there. Anywhere else I can look?

    The last time this question came up,this was the fix -

    Copy everything below the line into notepad.Save it with a .reg extension

    eg fix.reg,then click on it to add it to the registry.

    go to your video player options and check what device it's sending the sound to.
