Northwood PENT 4- 2.66 LIMITS?

How far can the northwood pent 4 .2.66 can be OC or shoud i go ahead and upgrade to 3.4 presscot socket 478. the mobo is a Abit I-C7-G MAX III . 500 WATT psu . my current rams are 1 gig of PC 2100 wish is useless for OC . i have seen this northwood push too 3.2 ghz before.
