    hi. when i play games in msn zone i was able to chat. i last played and chat with someone then quit the game. on quitting my computer freeze so i shut down. since then i can still play but cannot chat. i can only play as a guest now....please help me

    Is that a java related problem? You might want to reinstall the java platform, and see if that helps.
