    i'm pretty sure the 6800GT will run the game, but at much lower quality and resolution. the card, depending on what bus type, should work with any motherboard that features a dedicated graphics slot. you'll have to look into the e310's specs... or just open the case.

    According to this page, the computer does not feature an AGP or PCI express x16 slot you're out of luck as far as upgrading the graphics card goes. The e310 is an older machine so I'd recommend a complete upgrade... I really don't see MW2 running very good (or at all) on a pentium 4 processor. Dual core of at least 2.0Ghz is recommended.

    Yes it will look bad...good luck.
    A complete upgrade or new computer will be a better investment.
