O2 Web Bolt-On

Hey, I've just got a phone with O2 and have bought the O2 WEB Bolt-On which gives me unlimited internet access for £7.50 per month. I am only using this for one month, until I am eligable to change my current Talk a lot tariff to the Text & Web one so I get 500 free texts and 500MB of 'unlimited' browsing when I top-up opposed to 200MB of unlimited browsing for £7.50 per month.

Can I ask what would eat up the 200MB cap I have really fast, so I know what to avoid? I'm only using this for general purposes, such as eMail, IM, some applications and Facebook when I'm on the move?

and also, they have a fair usage policy

"Excessive usage policy:-
Unlimited Bolt Ons allow use of your mobile phone for private, personal & non-commercial purposes only. You may not use your SIM Card in, or connected to, any other device, or, for customers taking a Web or Wi-Fi Bolt On, to allow the continuous streaming of any audio / video content, enable Voice Over Internet (Voip), P2P or file sharing, or in a way that adversely impacts the service to other O2 customers (or the Cloud customers in relation to the Wi-Fi Bolt On). If O2 reasonably suspects you are not acting in accordance with this policy O2 reserves the right to impose further charges, (or for customers taking a Web or Wi-Fi Bolt On, to impose network protection controls which may reduce your speed of transmission) or disconnect your Bolt On or tariff at any time, having attempted to contact you first. For full details visit www.o2.co.uk. "

Does that mean I can't watch YouTube videos and such? or does that mean I will be charged extra..?
