Heh, I was quite amused actually. My question has been answered, I put the RAM in and I think it runs a little smoother, but that may just be in my head..

    Aaarrgh

I just wrote i really long answer but when i sent it i got ' sorry page cannot be displayed error' !!!!! lost it now.. took me ages... not writing that again.

    Any how
I got same processor but with XFX-6800GS (factory overclocked)

I use 1GB ocz platinum ram

Ive found using quality low latency ram (as opposed to large amount of cheap ram) to be better, epescially in driving games where i used to get the common problem of fairly frequent small pauses in the game frame rate. Also im upgrading soon to a Geforce 7900gt as soon as the website i ordered it from gets them in stock. It pretty much equals the power of a 7800gtx in benchmarks and gaming (even though at 256Mb it has half the memory) and its much cheaper than a 7800gtx too.
If you've been saving for a 7800gtx then u may consider getting a 7900gtx as the price isn't much different and the 7900gtx is the best single card money can buy
