In the article, Computerworld is reporting that the SP3 update will causes users
to loose access to some file formats!
two solutions are noted, the important one is:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938810/en-us but that's a registry hack and
may be just too much for an average user.
the alternative is a Migration Tool
