Open Shell Does not work, Any Ideas why

Hello all.
I have just upgraded to Win 10 much to my annoyance as I hate the beast. However I was overjoyed to read the article on Open Shell. I downloaded the final version, ran it which seemed to do all that it was supposed to do during installation,,,,but,,,, nothing.
I could see no difference at all. My Win 10 updates are correct, no adverse notes from my AV program so now reason why it should not work. So I ran it again. Same result. I still have Win 10 floating tiles and nothing seems to have changed.

Grateful if any one can shed light on this.

Thanks but yes. pretty obvious which I did a few times. For this Dell M4800 running Win 10 it doesnt work.

Sorry, but IMO Open Shell is just M$ attempt to gain control of the technology. I'm still on Win/7 and never missed Open Shell.

I use "Classic Shell". For me, OpenShell has a few glitches that ClassicShell does not have.
