Outlook Express Problem - Getting Anoying

Please can somebody help.....

For some reason Outlook won't forward me to links / internet pages when i select them in emails sent to me.
For example: I have rec mail from FilePlanet ref a new beta, it says select here, so i select there but nothing happens. It used to forward me to the relevant pages, but alas no more.... and i cant find the settiing to change this, if there is one.

Please can somebidy point me in the right direction...

Ok in Internet Explorer, Tools Internet Options, Advanced tab then click on Reset if using IE7.

If IE6 Tools, Internet Options, Programs Tab then click on reset web settings.

Untick reset homepage.

This should rectify that problem

Many thanks for your quick reply but it didnt seem to work. I selected the Reset button and followed the instruction, restarted but still nothing happens when i select the links in emails.

I select the shortcut or link, single click or double, but no extra window opens to take me where its directed.

Do you know of anything else i can try ?
