Overclocking a Geforce 5600 FX

Do you know if its possible to overclock or to flash the bios from a 5600 FX geforce? I've been looking for some tutorials or something but I haven't found anything.

Download Coolbits- http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=815. It will let you change the cards clock speed in the driver control panel.
