Overclocking geforce 4200

Hello has anybody succesfully overclocked an nvidea geforce 4200 using rivatuner and got a substantial increase in performance?

And also would the card be more stable when overclocked if a good quality heatsink/fan and ramsinks were fitted?

most of the times you won't notice any differences when you overclock a video card.
