yeah 70c is really pushing that Cpu, and those have a history of not getting more than 400-500 Mhz OC no matter what ya do, just the nature of the athlon x2's with the exception of the newer 7000 series BE editions, but those are actually athlons in name only, they are phenom K-10 dual cores. anywho, let me know if i can help

Don't forget to get a very efficient PSU for top OC. Often, people overlook quality of electrical current that eventually leads to excessive heat that could have been used powering up that system of yours. go with bronze or higher in efficiency.

I think an amd based system would be better for me as the video editing isnt the main thing that I do gaming is nearly always what Im doing. do the amd phenoms run hot?? are they easy to install?
