PaperPort document scanner software

Getting an error message that there is no default mail client.
Paperport is x86 and outlook 16 is x64
Tried default mail app settings and associate but no luck
Looks like there need to be a regedit modification

Does the system have ANY email access at all?

It was working but stopped a few weeks ago.
I use Gmail, MSN mail and Yahoo.
My mail client is outlook 2016

Get the GMAIL account working again and it should be found as the default.

I have dahua and Hikvision NVR.
Last week Hikvision stopped sending emails via gmail.
Both are configured the same but only Dahua works at this time.
Email access to gmail via outlook client works fine.
Firefox browser access to gmail account works fine.
Both NVR's are on the same network.
Not sure if the problem is gmail and how to fix it.

Problem Solved in regedit:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\scansoft\paperport\paperport user preference
BrowserSelect
Modify "Mozilla Firefox"
to
"none"

File, exit regedit
