    Hi all, I've a two year old stock sony desktop pc that is rebooting regularly, particularly when launching programs. I've already tried several things to clear this up with no success. I've attached minidump files if anyone can help me out.

    Updated drivers - no luck
    Ran Memtest - no errors - no luck
    ran chkdsk - no errors - no luck
    Reformated and reinstalled XP Pro - no luck

    System:
    Sony Vaio
    Processor:
    Intel P4 3.2Ghz
    Motherboard:
    ASUSTek P4SD-VL
    Memory:
    512Mb (2x256)
    Video Card:
    ATI Radeon 9200
    Sound Card:
    On motherboard

    All your minidumps crash at WCGBXP.sys. I can find no info for this driver. do you racognise it?

    Found it! it apears to be the driver for my Linksys cable gateway.

    Without knowing what the WCGBXP.sys driver is for, it could be tricky.

    Look in your device manager, and look at the driver details for all your devices. When you open your device manager, click on the view tab, and make sure show hidden devices is ticked.

    Then, right click on each device, and select properties, and then driver details.

    See if you can find WCGBXP.sys, and what it relates to.
