I've attached minidump files if anyone can help me out. Updated drivers - no luck Ran Memtest - no errors - no luck ran chkdsk - no errors - no luck Reformated and reinstalled XP Pro - no luck System: Sony Vaio Processor: Intel P4 3.2Ghz Motherboard: ASUSTek P4SD-VL Memory: 512Mb (2x256) Video Card: ATI Radeon 9200 Sound Card: On motherboard
Hello and welcome to Techspot. All your minidumps crash at WCGBXP.sys. I can find no info for this driver. do you racognise it? Regards Howard
Without knowing what the WCGBXP.sys driver is for, it could be tricky. Look in your device manager, and look at the driver details for all your devices. When you open your device manager, click on the view tab, and make sure show hidden devices is ticked. Then, right click on each device, and select properties, and then driver details. See if you can find WCGBXP.sys, and what it relates to. Regards Howard
