My computer is only about 5 yrs old, i had some more ram put in, i run nortan through my phone company, qwest, its free, i also have malware bytes and it dosent find any virus's it does find some things like cookies and i delete them, anyway i need someone to please look at my computer and tell me what and why it just stops and says it has to close, yet it saves the spot i was on, it can be me in gmail. writting someone or it can be me, looking at something and it dosent always do it when i surf but it makes me crazy, i would like this computer to work without having to turn it off and on,because it freezes at times and that is crazy please someone help me.
