    can anyone shed light on if it is worth using pc health check software and if so can you please tell me which one to use

    Do not use anything that is offered in ad banners or popup windows!

    It is better to use a dedicated virus scanner, a dedicated spyware scanner and a good registry cleaner instead of some all-in-one thing.
