PC keeps on rebooting when connected to the inet..

Whenever I connect to the internet(dialup), after some minutes, my PC will just crash and restart, then it will produce a dump and says it had a serious error.. any ideas?

What does the dump say? Could your modem be fried and locking up your computer? I had this problem on 2 different computers, and ended up having to get a new modem.
