Pc no boot

I being experiencing problems when I try turn on the computer the fans turn on, no video on monitor, nothing. My power source is new (EVGA)600. Sometimes the computer turn on and working perfect this weird situation happened occasionally. And I don't know what it is.Can somebody help?

A desktop with windows 10 64 bits AMD FX-6100 WITH 6 CORES and nvidia 630 video card, 6 giga of memory on ASUS M5A78-L-M LX PLUS MOTHERBOARD WITH A NEW 600 WATTS VEGA power supply

Do you hear any beeping? The video card may be bad. Does the motherboard have on-board video? If it does, connect the monitor to this

Thanks, no beeping, and yes the mother board have on - board a video card an I gonna try this, but inside inclusive the broadband yellow light is also off,only the pilot on- board and the pilot front of the tower are on, all fans are spinning. After somes turn on and off the computer back on working fine, weird this confuse me any message of something wrong.
