A quick search revealed several companies that offer USB-to-Bluetooth adapters and infrared-to-USB adapters. Buy and configure one of these to your PC and you will be able to transfer those pix to your PC.

    combo?

IS their and infrared and bluetooth adapter in for or are they separate?

I did not find any combo units, only one or the other. They are quite cheap, however, so getting both should not be a problem.

    question is:

if i buy the adapter would i also have to get the software for my phone installed on my pc to connect?

I believe that once the adapter is installed your PC should "see" your phone and vice versa. You should then be able to download stuff off your phone to your PC.
