You probably just need to raise a value for the alarm, CPU temp from the looks of it (or get a better cooling.) It's been some time since I used probe. I just use speedfan now.
 
Don't worry about any of that. Go into configure, fan settings and uncheck;

CHASSIS Fan
POWER Fan
CHIPSET Fan
CHASSIS2 Fan

You don't need these on if you don't have a fan for them.

CPU Temperature and MB Temperature alerts are telling you that your motherboard and central processing unit are running a bit warm and might need some attention, be it new thermal paste, new cooling, or just cleaning. You can change the value in which it warns about the temperature in configure as well. Those temps are a tad warm but nothing to really worry about to much, I'd clean your case though.
