PC rebooted for a bugcheck

Can some one help me with the issue...and pls let me knw wt caused this issue..

Can you attach the minidumps in a zip file?

According to what I looked for :

0x00000044: MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS
Are you getting such a BSOD?
