PC running slow please help

My Pc has started to run slowly, it starts up ok and loads ok but then when I go on the internet it takes ages to load pages,even when the pages load changing pages on a particular site is also slow. I also get the messages PAGE NOT FOUND and PROBLEM LOADING PAGE a lot, which is annoying to say the least.
Iv'e included hijack this,sas and mbam logs also a sceenshot of taskmanager there are a few items using a lot of cpu all starting with ash?? are they legit or not.

You could have a rootkit installed.

Google "combofix" - a neat utility for removing rootkits, install, run it and report back.
