PC Will not turn on at all

  1. I recently built a PC today and I when I went to boot it up for the first time it would not turn on. The front panel had no lights on at all. I went through the checklist of all the possible reasons it won't turn on and passed except for the front panel connectors. I feel like I have tried every possible way to plug them in. I was able to get the front panel light on but it was in the wrong slots according to motherboard. Nothing else happened. It wouldn't turn on, just the light. I have the 4 plug power thing for the motherboard and the 24 plug plugged in. The ram is in the far slot from the APU. I just don't know what to do. If anyone can help, I will do anything you need to be able to help me. This is late at night so sorry for the poorly constructed paragraph.

This is the motherboard front panel connector manual
