    Hello,
    I have a Dell Vostro 260 desktop running Win 7 64bit pro.
I have been having a few troubles with the front usb slots, got a bit lose so I ordered a card to go in the PCI-E slot and I cannot make it work.
It has detected, I have installed the drivers, the drivers are up to date, I have updated all computer items off the dell site, I have updated the bios. Still shows up fine in Device manager but nothing happens with anything I plug in.
I have a PCI-E Sata card in the other slot that I use for my external HD and it works fine, I have swopped the two over, the SATA is fine the USB does not work.

    Any thoughts appreciated.
The Card is made by Orico and the drivers are VIA Technologies 6.1.7600.1803 from 14.11.2011
