Phone to Ethernet

Hello, so, I currently am using a power line network for my connection to the Internet via my computer. I have a phone connection port in the wall next to my powerline network adapter, which I know connects directly to my router and was wondering if I could use some sort of phone to ethernet adapter, and if so, would it be faster than my current power line solution? Thanks.

The Power Line adaptor will be at your router Ethernet speed so anything else would be a degradation.
