Pleas read Hijack this log

Thank you for taking the time to read my problem. I have attached both a hijack this log as well as a ewido file. After removing some malware and spyware the crazy pop ups and changing of my browser have stoped but I still have no task manager (ctrl+alt+delete), cmd or regedit (maybe other stuff but I haven't noticed). Can you tell me how to restore this or if I am better off re-installing XP. Thanks for you time, patience and knowledge.
