Please analyse this hijack

I'm having difficulty with files being lost and having to reload them. My computer is running slower and I suspect a virus.

I see nothing out of the ordinary in that logfile.

Are you saying the downloaded files disappear right after downloading, or is there a (random) delay? And you know where you downloaded them, not just selected "open with.." at the download prompt?

I don't remember hearing anything positive about emachines though..

Lost Pc Cillin files

Here another version of task mgr list from hijack this txt file, which that I recovered after I lost my pc cillin virus program file. I contacted trend micro and they sent a instruction on how to recover the files. This is not the first time a file just disappears from the task manager and stop performing. I lost a video driver file and my friend helps me to recover it. Please review again because now I have many more file back than before.
