    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with some real nasties.

Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

    Regards Howard

Do you normally have problems following instructions?

You have not renamed HijackThis.exe, nor have you placed HJT in it`s own directory. You have also failed to attach an AVG antispyware log.

Believe me, I want to help you, but I can only do that if you follow the instructions.

    Regards Howard :)

Download the Pocket Killbox programme from HERE. Extract it but don`t run it yet.

You might want to copy and paste these instructions into a notepad file. Then you can have the file open in safe mode, so you can follow the instructions easier.

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how here.> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how here.> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how here.> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html

Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {06C895AA-443F-36C0-2CDC-011F9369DC27} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\iwgtff.dll

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {08D89992-051F-4DD2-9ADB-06935F93756A} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\ldlehth.dll

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0973872A-06E5-46DE-A2CB-EFE13068654D} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\wvusr.dll

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {a43385f0-7113-496d-96d7-b9b550e3fcca} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\ixt0.dll (file missing)

    O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm (file missing)

    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm (file missing)

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: wvusr - C:\WINDOWS\System32\wvusr.dll

Click on the fix checked button.

    Close HJT.

Run the killbox.exe file. When it loads type the full path to the file you would like to delete in the field and check the delete file on reboot button. press the Delete File button (looks like a red circle with a white X). It will prompt you to reboot, select no until you have finished inputting the files you want to delete, only then allow it to reboot and hopefully your files will now be deleted.

These are the filepaths you need to enter into killbox.

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\wvusr.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\ldlehth.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\iwgtff.dll

Once your system has rebooted, turn system restore back on and rehide your protected OS files.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as ATTACHMENTS and let me know how your system is running.

Instructions on how to post attachments can be found HERE. Instructions for AVG Antispyware can be found HERE.

    Download Vundofix from HERE.

Open your task manager, by holding down the ctrl and alt keys and pressing the delete key.

Click on the processes tab and end process for(if there).

    win33.tmp.exe

    Close task manager.

    Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.

Rightclick in the main window and click add more files.

Enter the filepath you wish to remove into the top line and click the add files button, followed by the close window button.

These are the filepaths you need to enter.

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\wvusr.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\qomjkjh.dll

Click the remove vundo button. And let vundofix do it`s stuff.

    Delete this bold directory.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\1024

Run the killbox.exe file. When it loads type the full path to the file you would like to delete in the field and check the delete file on reboot button. press the Delete File button (looks like a red circle with a white X). It will prompt you to reboot, select no until you have finished inputting the files you want to delete, only then allow it to reboot and hopefully your files will now be deleted.

These are the filepaths you need to enter into killbox.

    C:\WINDOWS\Temp\win33.tmp.exe

Please post a fresh HJT log an ATTACHMENT, DO NOT COPY AND PASTE YOUR HJT LOG.

Run vundofix again as per the instructions, but this time enter this filepath.

    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winfvy32.dll

Then post a fresh HJT log.

Your HJT log is now clean.

Have HJT fix these inactive entries.

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDA0EF76-F3E9-4F60-8A37-58FC74572A97} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\wvusr.dll (file missing)

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: wvusr - C:\WINDOWS\System32\wvusr.dll (file missing)

If you have any further virus/spyware problems, please post in this thread
