Pls Help Need Review of HJT log

I have tried running Spybot, Ad-Aware and AVG several times and have rebooted several times with no success. Still getting popup icons on my desktop everytime I restart. Please help. I have run HJT and have 'fixed' all 04 XYZ.exe files that were potential issues, but i am still getting those persistant icons. I have attached the HJT log. Please advise.

Disable web content on desktop.

Right-click on the desktop,
select Properties,
Desktop tab,
Customize Desktop,
Web tab,
Delete everything except "My Current Home Page".
