  1. I have a stop screen apearing at random time when start the internet connection.I am wondering can my cpu 3800+ dual core amd be realated with the pppoe that im using ?

Here is the stop screen error:

    STOP:0x000000d1 (0xfffffffc,0x00000002,0x00000000,0xba4ffbea)

beneath it has the following massage:

    NDIS.sys address ba4ffbea base at ba4ea000 datestamd 41107ec3

ive tried to install the latest drivers to the video card, cpu and some tweak that makes better the pppoe but nothing happens.
Strange but it happens most of the times when start downloading through bitcomet and sometimes the internet stops.

I desperatly need help to repair it if possible and if it is imposible will a format do the trick ?

If anyone can help and need some files please ask and i will try giving them as fast as possible.Ive searched throughout the net for the different stopscreens that showed me but nothing fixes the problem permamently and nothing kept the internet connection stable to download anything without every few seconds stoping.

How about updating the network card drivers?

Also, you are better off without any tweaks.
