So you have to push the Power Supply fan blades to get the fan to start? If this is the case, you will need to replace the whole power supply. The intake fan is easy to replace. A computer repair shop can do this for you

i thought that might be the answer so, i ordered a new power supply and 6 new fans for the comp. ty for ur help

I'm glad you will be able to do this repair yourself. 6 additional fans are a little excessive. 2 additional fans would be more than enough
