Power to my graphics card

I'm getting these pop-ups from my graphics card. I'd say a few dozen of them popped up within seconds. You can see them at the bottom of the screen...I didn't go far enough over to show the arrows..but there's many more. The power going into the card is nice and snug, not loose at all. This happens every few weeks and its getting annoying...plus I want to make sure I'm not in any kind of danger due to a short or anything. Suggestions?

I have a 500W in there...Had a friend change it a couple years back and requested a more powerful PSU but got the 500'er for a bargain...I have a friend who needs one, that doesnt run nearly as much crap as I do...perhaps its time for a trade and upgrade...and thanks for the ridiculously fast response!

replace the PSU. google PSU calculator (add 30% to results) outervision is a good tool.
