Printer Canon Pixma iP1300 not working at all

Ok so the symptoms:

Green light and orange light alternating and blinking.

Ink cartridge holder won't move or make any noise or anything when i open the printer lid.

Gives me Service Error 6000 when i try to print

I have looked everywhere on the net, would appreciate help!
