    hi..

i'm currently using a HP PSC 1300 as my printer and i cant seem to be able to cancel this print job.. i've tried resuming it but it won't print.. its status is 'deleting-paued-printing,' how weird..

this is restricting me to print other stuff..

anyone knows how i can solve this problem? btw, the print job is from a website..

Take a look HERE. I know the article is for Windows2000, but it should work equally well for XP too.

I usually just do a hard reboot, that usually works.

Well yes, but not if you are on a networked printer and you didnt create the print job and you dont have admin rights to cancel the job. I have always had sucess with CMD> end/start spooler as in the link that Howard first gave.

ah right, well in that case fair enough, but you didnt mention the printer was networked.
