Printer connectio problems

Please can someone help! After installing Bt broadband I can no longer install a printer. I have tried removing usb's & then rebooting, other hardware installs ok, just not any printer.

"Can't install" means what? What operating system? What printers?

Check system event log for suspicious messages. Make sure the print spooler service is running.
