J Jhong Posts: 40 +0 May 1, 2013 #1 I have a HP laserjet 4014dn. Only when I print large reports, I get a little bit of black residue on the edge of the paper. I just replaced the maintenance kit, but it only helped alittle. Any suggestions on how I can get rid of it?

J Jhong Posts: 40 +0 May 2, 2013 #3 If Im looking at this right, the printer drum is inside the toner cartridge. I just replaced the toner cartridge.
