K kimsland Posts: 13,806 +3 Mar 6, 2009 #2 Go to Start -> Run and type net start spooler Or manually: Start->Run->services.msc Locate Print Spooler, double click on it and change it to Automatic, then start it If this doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers (likely fault) Or if still no joy: UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions
