Problem monitor

My monitor is a flat screen 19inch, hp1940.View tip is about 2sec. then lies black.Screen highlights key key whenever the monitor or PC in the network key when elektric.Ndonje thinking what could be? monitor is new, 3 months is at work.

You may need someone who can help you ask for support
I think you have a Monitor fault But I really don't know

To know wether it is a monitor problem or not, try using another known good monitor first
