  1. Since my main computer won't let me reformat the hard drive due to the shutdown while doing so, I done the reformatting on my second computer and it works. If I put back the reformatted hard drive to my main computer and power it up, will there be any device driver errors or problems?

I have used that method many times. When you reformat there will be no device drivers on the hard drive to give you errors.

You can reformat on ANY computer - you cannot, however, install windows on 1 system to be used on another.
