Problem w/ Standby/S3 w/ Pictures of BIOS

Well I have lived with it for a while now with my PC constantly on, so can someone tell me how to fix this problem, if I shut off my monitor it wont come back on, if I go on standby it wont come back on so can someone tell me which settings I need to change to fix this.

with your current BIOS settings, the only way to wake your computer up is via PCI (wake up from an incoming call to a modem/fax). you need to enable other other methods of waking the system up:

• if you want a PS2 mouse to wake it up, then change "Resume by PS2 MS" to enabled.
  
• if you want a PS2 keyboard to wake it up, then changed "Resume by PS2 KB" to enabled.
  
• if you want a USB mouse or keyboard to wake it up, then change "Resume by USB" to enabled.

That didnt work lol, but yea those would make sense.
