Problem with administrator account on Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit

  1. Explorer.exe-application error-the instruction at 0x00000000 referenced memory at 0x00000000.the memory could not be written
    the problem happen when I try to sign n to my administrator account on windows 8.1 professional 64 bit.please if you know a solution contact me

    I did the scan with the app and no errors were found.now what?

    How many passes did you run? It must be more than 7

    I don't know it said to me that the pass complete you can escape.

    Did you use Memtest86? If you did the tests would say 1 pass, 2 passes etc

    "Yes it said 2 passes and I used memtest86 now what?"... This said you only ran 2 passes right?

    You might have an active virus on this computer

    Try Safe Mode and accessing the Admin account.
    If you get to the desktop, reset the admin pwd
    start=>search enter CMD
    the format is: net user user_name new_password
    and specifically it would be
    net user administrator new_password

    But ican sign in it's not the problem.
