tpw has been pm'ing me so i've decided to bring this thread back to life again

from the information you gave, the voltages that your power supply is giving out are way too low

don't change your power supply yet though, reinstall windows first and see if that fixes your problem

I believe that was already reinstall when my new mother board got put in and also if do that would i lose all my video music and files.

you have to back up all the files you want to keep then do the reinstall

you cannot put in a new motherboard and keep the same operating system install, this is most likely what is causing your problem

back up onto an external hard drive or dvd's etc then reinstall windows following the instructions i gave you

u think the peoople at the computer maybe used a external hard drive to my stuff on and reinstall it and put my stuff back or not likely because also when i got computer back i could do window update they install some software to get to update with out saying failed. do you have aim or some type instant message if so what your name.

i've told him a couple of times to back his data up onto an external hard drive and reinstall windows but he doesn't seem to understand
