Problem with mediaplayer 10 licenses

    It seems that almost any movie I try to play in mediaplayer (mp10) I keep getting an error message. "Secure storage protection error. Restore your licenses from a previous backup and try again." I've done nothing to my media player other than update to 10. I can't seem to restore them either. Is there a fix for this?? I don't have media player on my add/remove list so uninstalling the usual way is not going to work. What can I do, there are some practical jokes and car videos I am missing.
