    Hello qsweet

Why do you want to run some Vietnamese antivirus for (Bkav2006) ?
The program can be the cause of your problems, as it is adware

Go to add/remove programs in controlpanel, and remove, if present:
    Bkav2006
    BitComet

    Reboot.

Then please run the steps in this guide:

    8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions

    Post attached log´s from:

    Malwarebyte
    Superantispyware
    Hijackthis

    Thanks touch!
But I don't think Bkav2006 was the cause. I'm from Vietnam and Bkav is a believable antivirus software.

Last night, I updated windows and the problem has not appearred.
I think some updates has solved the problem.

    Thanks again!
