I'm networking to P.C's running Xp Proffesional, both using the same make Network card and a cross over cable. All drivers are working for the cards, protocol TCP/IP, CLient and File/printer sharing are installed.
I've set an automatic I.P adress (although I've tried manually too)
and they're in the same Workgroup.
The status is as follows:
one P.C can see the other and itself as well as its own shared files. When i tried to access the other P.C through it, and error message appears.
The other P.C sees nothing, not even itself or its own shared folders.
There both connected and sending data, but recieving very little (i.e 4 packets).
Man this has got me stumped......
Anyone had similar problems or could help?
